Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

DBT courses bring healing and relief
as you rebuild your beautiful life

We will meet via zoom weekly for one hour to work on a specific skill or set of skills together, then plan additional blocks of time during your week for you to continue this work independently. This work is typically most beneficial when you focus on these exercises for about 30 minutes each day in addition to our one-hour sessions.
