In this transformative 6-week workshop, Jolyn Armstrong—Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, Grief Recovery Specialist, Somatic Embodiment Specialist, and Breathwork Educator—will guide you through a journey of empowerment and self-discovery.

Using a progression of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, somatic practices, and breathwork techniques, you’ll gain the tools to break the chains of past struggles and cultivate balance, strength, and fulfillment. Each 90-minute session builds on the last, exploring the four DBT pillars: mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.

This workshop is your opportunity to release the grip of overwhelming emotions and reclaim a grounded, purposeful life. Whether you’re facing challenges or simply seeking growth, you’ll leave with practical skills to transform your experience and sustain long-term resilience.

But the good news is published in an article by John's Hopkins Medicine, stating that the act of forgiveness can lower your blood pressure, levels of anxiety, depression and stress. All those benefits leading to a lower risk of heart attack, and even improved cholesterol levels!

Bottom line is - forgiveness helps YOU - regardless of what it does for the other person.
