Cultivating Mindful Living

In this 12-week course is an abbreviated version of the longer 6-month course. We spend time focused on the most effective skills in each of the 4 areas of DBT.

We meet via zoom weekly for one hour where we work on a specific skill or set of skills together, then plan additional blocks of time during your week for you to continue this work independently. I check in with you one additional time during the week via text or email. This work is typically most beneficial when you focus on these exercises for about 30 minutes each day in addition to our one-hour sessions.
